Fun game kinda similar to life but a traveling aspect of it. I have tons of boardgames and i feel the need to call this company out for their outstanding consideration! Upon opening the box everything is neat and well organized but as shown it has a bunch of smaller pieces the company puts in extra baggies perfect for all the small pieces! I was so thrilled to see that as now i dont have to have a big sandwich bag to hold the pieces! Well done to people who made this game! The game is fun and we love that it has different difficulty levels!

I didn't even realize how many places in the U.S. I wanted to visit until I played "Bucket Race." The gameplay encourages a fun dynamic of getting to your destinations, trading or selling supplies, and landing a helpful Surprise or upgrade card. It also inspires impromptu conversations about spots you've seen (or would like to see) in real life. Highly recommended for a game night with friends and family. Give it a try!

It took one time playing through the get the hang of it, but now we all really enjoy playing Bucket Race. Great for ages 10+ - sometimes we play individually and sometimes play as teams to speed things along a bit. Overall a fun strategy game and good family fun.

We really like this game and find similarities with Ticket to Ride. However, family members who don't like Ticket to Ride love this game as well as those that love Ticket to Ride.

Was looking for a new family game. My wife and I played it to understand the set up and rules. We thought it a great game.

Bucket Race is a highly-competitive strategy and adventure board game. The object of the game is to be the first to complete your "bucket list" playing as one of game's 18 personas. In our test play with three players, I played as Bomani, "Life of the Party" who needed to travel across the United States, collecting and dropping off tiles to complete his bucket list. The rules are straightforward and specific examples are provided in the instructions as well as a useful glossary of key terms which explains any questions you may have regarding the game's Surprise and Upgrade cards. The game itself is also well-made with a sturdy board, solid player tokens and tiles that have a satisfying weight and don't get knocked around the board. I particularly enjoyed the art style which is fresh and fun. Developing a strategy to efficiently visit the locations on your bucket list while managing your inventory of tiles is already a difficult task. This task is made harder by the whims of the Surprise deck (which contains some deliciously evil cards) and the movements and actions of the other players, including Upgrade cards they play against you! I love how competitive the game can get. The more challenging the setbacks are, the more rewarding it is to overcome the obstacles... or to get your revenge. Bucket Race, as fun as it is, is also deceptively strategic and competitive. If you enjoy that type of game, I highly recommend Bucket Race. I can't wait to play it again. By the way, I won as Bomani and it felt great to help him achieve his bucket list!
